Double DUI

A Stafford woman and Falls Church man started the week off in jail after deputies detained both for DUI.

On October 2nd, at approximately 2:26 a.m., Deputy J.D. Hurt was traveling on I-95 south near the 142 mile marker when he observed two vehicles failing to properly maintain the lane of travel and almost cause a crash. Stolen Handgun Recovered

Deputies worked throughout the weekend to recover a stolen handgun and three juveniles are now charged with offenses related to the theft.

On October 1st Deputy F.C. O’Neill responded to a report of a stolen Tisas 9mm handgun from an apartment in England Run. Detectives H.D. Young and J.A. Hinson assisted in the investigation and the firearm was recovered on October 2nd.

Deputies wrote a prescription for a wanted Maryland man. Side effects may include jail time.

On September 29th, at approximately 1:18 p.m. Deputy B.W. Gildea responded to CVS Pharmacy at 1 McWhirt Loop for a call of a fraudulent prescription. Intoxicated Individual with Weapon Incarcerated

A Stafford man was arrested after a disturbance involving a rifle, and some alcohol.

On September 30th, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Deputy A.M. Pitts responded to Fairfax Circle for a call of a disturbance. The caller advised, Donald Ullery, 40, mooned them before pointing a rifle towards their residence.
