Deputies discovered drugs and a wanted woman hiding in a less than conspicuous spot Friday morning.

On February 10th at approximately 9:40 a.m. Deputy J.A. Davidson and Sergeant A.I. Assur responded to Evans Lane for a call of a suspicious person. The caller advised he had video of an unknown female entering his shed. Unsure if the shed stranger was still sitting inside, deputies went to clear it.

As soon as deputies opened the shed, they located an unknown man standing there. The man advised no one else was inside the shed. This was a bigger lie than saying the Dunkin' Donuts commercial during the Super Bowl wasn't funny. A female was located hiding in the shed and was promptly asked to come out.

Both suspects were found to have suspected controlled substances on their person. Not only that, but multiple suspected controlled substances and paraphernalia were located all through the shed. It was also discovered the female, Destiny Bochert, 21, of Stafford, had an active warrant out of Fredericksburg for larceny, as well as, a capias out of King George. She is also connected to a Stafford grand larceny case that happened back in 2022. For their hide and seek shed game, both earned a ride to Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Bochert, as well as the male, Prentice Juggins, 31, of Fredericksburg, were charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful entry. Bochert was also served on her two outstanding warrants and warrants for grand larceny and four counts of obtaining money by false pretenses are pending service. Juggins was held on a $5,000 secured bond, while Bochert was held without bond.

Great work to both Deputy Davidson and Sergeant Assur for locating another wanted individual and getting dangerous controlled substances off the streets and out of the sheds of Stafford County.
