The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured suspect. He is a suspect in a larceny which occurred at 1150 Stafford Market Place (Ulta Beauty) on October 30 at 3 p.m.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early to mid 20’s. He was wearing a red shirt with a K-Swiss logo, a black jacket, and red tennis shoes. The suspect entered the store and loaded a basket with assorted colognes worth $1,506. He then left without paying for the items.
