Solicitor's Permit Information & Application

No soliciting or peddling is allowed in Stafford County until a permit is issued and in the hands of the applicant.  Click HERE for the instructions and application.

NOTE: Permits must be displayed on the solicitor’s torso at all times while soliciting.  If a resident is approached by a solicitor without a certificate, report them to the Sheriff’s Office at 540-658-4400.
