Stafford, VA. Two suspects behind a robbery that occurred in early May at the 7-Eleven on Deacon Road in Stafford County have been arrested.

On May 11, 2019, at approximately 3:55 a.m., units with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a hold up alarm at the 7-Eleven located at 327 Deacon Road. The caller advised that a subject with a handgun had just robbed the store. Upon arrival, units cleared the building and made contact with the clerk. The drone team and a K9 unit were also called to the scene, but were unable to locate the suspects.

Following a month-long investigation by Stafford Detective Firkin, the suspects were identified and apprehended. Pallas English, 24, of Richmond was arrested on July 2, 2019 at his residence with the assistance of the Henrico County Police Department. On the same day, Timothy Pittman, 22, of Chester was arrested following a felony traffic stop in Chesterfield County with the assistance of the Chesterfield County Police Department and Virginia State Police.

Both suspects were incarcerated at Riverside Regional Jail without bond. Pittman is charged with robbery and conspiracy. English is charged with conspiracy, robbery, use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony, and abduction.

We would like to thank the Henrico County Police Department, Chesterfield County Police Department, and Virginia State Police for their assistance in this investigation.
