The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a runaway named Steven Alexander Alvarado Guzman. The 17-year-old Hispanic male is 5’2,” 115 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. He admitted to being in Virginia Beach about a week ago. He also has a history of frequenting the Foxwood Village Mobile Home Park area.
