The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance locating a runaway by the name of Christopher Austin Belcher. The subject is a 17 year old black male, 6’1”, 216 lbs, and with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (540) 658-4400.
