A second offense DUI driver crashed her vehicle with children in the backseat in South Stafford.

On May 26th, at approximately 8:37 p.m., Deputy H.H. Cassetta responded to Forest Lane Road for a single vehicle auto accident. It was advised a Chevrolet had left the roadway and entered a ditch. Larcenies from Vehicles Investigation

Detectives are investigating a string of larcenies from vehicles that occurred in North Stafford.

In the early morning hours of May 27th, multiple deputies responded to the Azalea Woods and Stafford Oaks Subdivision for larcenies. A 24-year-old New York man attempted to flee from deputies Saturday night resulting in his arrest.

“Designated Driver” Arrested

A self-proclaimed designated driver was charged with a DUI offense during the Memorial Day weekend.

On May 25th, at approximately 2:10 a.m., Sergeant J.D. Hurt was patrolling in the area of Butler Road and Castle Rock Drive.
