On December 31, 2016 at approximately 12:35 a.m. multiple patrol deputies responded to a fight in progress in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. Upon arrival Deputy S.B. Sparry observed two white males, a black female and a black male on the ground fighting. When he commanded them to stop both white males and the black female attempted to flee the scene on foot. The three were apprehended a short time later by other responding deputies.
Once subjects and witnesses were interviewed, it was determined that the assault victim had been asked by the business management to assist in quelling a disturbance inside the establishment that was being caused by the two white males. Tanner Kelly Wilson, age 23, Trenton Kile Wilson, age 21, and Taylre Alyss Gunn, age 23 were all charged with Assault by Mob, Assault and Battery and Drunk in Public. They were transported to the Rappahannock Regional Jail and incarcerated.
