HOME INVASION SUSPECTS SOUGHT

Stafford, Va. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is looking for two suspects wanted in connection with a Home Invasion that took place this morning, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 on Patton Lane in Stafford County at approximately 4:54 am. The two suspects being sought are Maury Edward Williams, age 18, of Scotts Ford Lane, Fredericksburg and Travonte Stephon Montivero, age 20 of Harrogate Rd, Fredericksburg. Currently both men are facing charges of Burglary and Robbery. Travonte Montivero is also wanted out of Spotsylvania County for Violation of a Court Order.

This morning at 4:54 am deputies responded to a call for a home invasion on Patton Lane. When deputies arrived on scene they were informed by the victim that two male subjects broke into his residence and assaulted him. The victim attempted to pursue the suspects as the suspects ran out of the residence, taking an undisclosed amount of money, fleeing the scene in a vehicle. The vehicle is a black 2006 Nissan 4DR with Va. License plate of WUP9558. The investigation by Stafford detectives led to the identity of the suspects.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in helping to locate these two individuals. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected against the two suspects.
