SUSPECT TURNS HIMSELF IN TO STAFFORD SHERIFF'S OFFICE

The 18 year old suspect, Terry Welch, that the Sheriff's Office was looking for in relation to this morning's home invasion turned himself in moments ago. Welch turned himself in at the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
