The Sheriff's Office compiles a list of all the Notice of No Trespass sent out by the citizens and communities in Stafford County.  To keep this list updated, the following steps should be followed by anyone who sends a certified Notice of No Trespass letter to the offender and the return receipt has been received.

1. Make copies of the Criminal Activity Report, the Notice of No Trespass and the certified receipt.
2. Send all documents to:

Crime Prevention Unit
P.O. Box 189
Stafford, VA  22555-0189

Notify the Crime Prevention Unit of any changes or updates to the No Trespass List at the address above.  A Notice of No Trespass has no expiration.  Hard copies are kept on file with the Crime Prevention Unit for three years.  The online database of the notices is never purged.
