| On September 14th, at approximately 2:32 p.m., Deputy R.L. Hubbard and Deputy E.L. Jones responded to the Motel 6, located at 2868 Richmond Highway, in an attempt to locate a wanted suspect. The anonymous caller advised Justina Sharp, 35, of Woodbridge, was in one of the rooms. The caller further advised they believed “drug dealing” was occurring in the room.
Deputies arrived at the room in question and made announcements. After a noticeable delay, a male answered the door. The male was identified as Austin Nicely, 25, of Stafford. Nicely advised the female they were looking for was not here and gave consent for the room to be searched. It wouldn’t take deputies long to locate Sharp hiding under the bed. Not only was she found under the bed, but suspected controlled substances were too.
Both Sharp and Nicely were charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and obstruction of justice. Sharp was additionally served on her outstanding warrant. Both were held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. |
