A Great Day for Freedom ended for a wanted man and his counterpart Saturday afternoon when deputies discovered them in possession of substances a lot more harmful than Apples and Oranges.

On July 27th at approximately 7:27 p.m. deputies responded to the area of Warrenton Road and Simpson Road to locate a wanted suspect. They received information that Floyd Finkle IV, 35, of Culpeper, was in the area. Finkle was wanted out of Culpeper for multiple probation violations on a felony offense and failure to appear charges. Deputies had High Hopes they’d find the On the Run suspect and began staging in the area.

It appeared Finkle was Biding his Time, for as time passed it appeared as if there was Nobody Home. Just before The Final Cut and deputies placed Another Brick in the Wall, First Sergeant N. Zotos and Deputy C.R. Newman observed Finkle, In the Flesh, behind the wheel of a Ford.

Before he could Run Like Hell, deputies conducted a high-risk traffic stop. Both him and his passenger, identified as Rebecca Pullen, 26 of Stafford, were detained without incident. Actions speak Louder than Words, for both were found to be in possession of suspected controlled substances and paraphernalia. Luckily, deputies seized the suspected controlled substances before the suspects went into Interstellar Overdrive. Finkle was charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of paraphernalia and driving while revoked. He was additionally served on his outstanding warrants. It was Goodbye Blue Sky, hello Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held without bond. Pullen was charged with possession of controlled substances and possession of paraphernalia. She was released by the magistrate on personal recognizance, so there is no booking photo.
