A 28-year-old wanted woman earned three additional felony charges as deputies attempted to serve her on her outstanding warrants.
On September 27th at approximately 1:06 p.m. deputies received information that Sheridan Davis, of Stafford, was at a residence on Ivy Spring Lane. Davis was wanted for two capias charges. When deputies arrived on scene, Davis refused to exit the bedroom. She was quickly escorted out of the bedroom. When deputies attempted to place her in the back of a patrol vehicle, Davis began resisting.
Davis would not fully enter the vehicle, attempted to take a deputy’s handcuff keys, and even kicked a deputy. When she was finally placed in a deputy’s vehicle, she pulled out the wiring for one of the vehicle’s cameras. When Davis was brought to Rappahannock Regional Jail, she threatened to spit on deputies before actually doing so.
Davis was charged with two counts of assault and battery on law enforcement, as well as, felony destruction of property. She was also served on her outstanding warrants and was held without bond. |
