Garrisonville Road Grand Larceny:

Deputies are currently looking for three suspects as a result of a grand larceny that occurred at Walmart.

On June 13th at approximately 6:20 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a shoplifting at Walmart, located at 217 Garrisonville Road. Store staff advised three suspects were actively stealing. When staff confronted the suspects, one of them advised that they “better move or I will stab you”. The three then quickly departed the store with over $4,000 worth of items, ranging from electronics, to bags of chips.

While deputies responded to the larceny, another caller reported suspicious activity on Richmond Highway. The caller advised a vehicle, which happened to match the description of the suspect vehicle, had occupants who were throwing items out of the vehicle. Those items were recovered and confirmed to be part of the stolen merchandise.

The first suspect was described as a black male wearing a black hat and neon green reflective shirt. The second suspect was described as a black male wearing a purple hat and a black and neon yellow jacket. The third suspect was described as a black female wearing a white dress. All three were seen fleeing in a gray Volkswagen SUV. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 540-658-4450.
