Remember the irate shopper at Giant Food back in May? Thanks to your tips, we are able to report she has been identified and arrested.

Back on May 18th Deputy A.R. Williams responded to the Giant Food on Worth Avenue for a disturbance. A customer became enraged when a clerk asked for identification during a transaction. The customer threw a bag of merchandise at the clerk and damaged several displays as she left the store to her car, which was parked in the fire lane.

Deputy W.M. Isenberg investigated the leads generated from our social media post and identified Jasmine Todd, 31, of Stafford as the suspect. Warrants for assault and battery and destruction of property were obtained and Virginia State Police served the warrants on July 10th. Todd faces a court date of August 11th.
