On July 17th, 2022 at 2:10 a.m. Deputy B.E. Vaughn observed a vehicle traveling westbound Garrisonville Road crossing into multiple lanes of traffic. Deputy Vaughn initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle at a local gas station. The driver, Hector Adolfo Saqui Seb, 18, of Fredericksburg had glassy, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Saqui Seb stated he failed to maintain lanes because he was on the phone.

Deputy Vaughn determined that Saqui Seb did not have a license. Field Sobritey Tests were performed and Saqui Seb was placed under arrest. When Saqui Seb was searched incident to arrest, he was found with a suspected controlled substance.

Saqui Seb was charged with driving after illegally consuming alcohol, unlawful possession of alcohol, driving without a license, traffic lane violation, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
