A Stafford woman was arrested for DUI after a serious accident involving an ATV Saturday evening.

On May 21st at 6:36 p.m. deputies responded to a single vehicle accident on Marchant Drive. The investigation revealed Brooke Morrow, 19, was operating a Can Am Maverick ATV on the roadway with three passengers.

While attempting a U-turn in the cul-de-sac, the ATV overturned. Two passengers were ejected from the ATV and the other passenger was pinned beneath the vehicle. The pinned passenger was flown from the scene with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The other passengers were treated locally for their injuries.

Deputy L.T. Ward arrested Morrow for DUI, maiming as a result of DUI, driving after illegally consuming alcohol and underage possession of alcohol. Morrow was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
