Two wanted subjects were arrested yesterday during a traffic stop on Warrenton Road as deputies were canvassing the area, after a shooting in Olde Forge subdivision.

On May 3rd at 6:29 p.m. Deputy M.A. Pearce of the Special Problems Unit was canvassing the Warrenton Road area, when he noticed a Volkswagen SUV with registration that expired last year. A traffic stop was conducted at Warrenton Road and Solomon Drive.

The driver was identified as Joshua Randall, 35, of Stafford and he was found to be wanted for a violation of a court order in Warren County. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Victoria Moore, 24, of Spotsylvania, and she was found to be wanted for a violation of a court order in Spotsylvania.

Deputy D.J. Ferrell and K-9 Maui responded to the scene to assist. K-9 Maui alerted on the vehicle and a suspected controlled substance was found.

Randall was charged with possession of a controlled substance and served the outstanding warrant. The magistrate released him, so there is no booking photo. Moore was served the outstanding warrant and was placed in the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

The shooting suspects are still at large and deputies are looking for any information on a black Mitsubishi SUV involved in the crime. If you have any information, please call our office at 540-658-4400.
