Stafford, VA. A suspect who was arrested last month for grand larceny after stealing over $900 worth of merchandise from a Walmart in Stafford County is now being charged in connection with two larceny-related incidents that occurred at Home Depot.

On May 8, 2019, Detective Timothy Covington obtained warrants for grand larceny on Severn Jackson, 36, of Woodbridge for stealing from the Home Depot located at 305 Worth Avenue on two occasions.

Surveillance footage revealed Jackson stealing generators from the store on March 12, 2019 and October 30, 2018. On March 12, 2019, Jackson was seen leaving the store with an unpaid generator valued at over $1000. The same subject was observed leaving the store on October 30, 2018 with an unpaid generator valued at $999.

Jackson is also behind a larceny that occurred on April 14, 2019 at the Walmart located at 11 Village Parkway. On that date, units with the Stafford Sheriff’s Office responded to the store after a customer reported observing two male subjects leave without paying for a full cart of merchandise. Shortly thereafter, the suspects were located in a vehicle traveling in the area of the I-95 northbound entrance ramp. Four unopened hover boards and clothing items totaling over $900 were located in the trunk of the vehicle.

Jackson was taken into custody on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony. He was also served an outstanding larceny-related warrant out of Manassas. The suspect was incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
