ROADS CLOSED
Stafford, Va. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office reports that Harrell Road, River Road and Kellogg Mill Road at Abel Lake in Stafford County are closed due to high water. Motorists are urged to use caution while driving in the area due to the large amount of rain Stafford County experienced last night.
