| Stafford, Va. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office reports a home invasion robbery took place last night, Thursday, August 12, 2010 at a residence in the 900 block of Anvil Road in southern Stafford County. The Sheriff's Office is asking the public's assistance in helping to identify the male and female suspects.
Stafford Deputies responded to a call of a breaking and entering/robbery at 10:30 pm last night in the 900 block of Anvil Road. When deputies arrived they were told that a male and female suspect entered the residence through the back door. The male suspect pointed a handgun and ordered the people in the downstairs area of the house to drop to the ground. The male suspect spoke English and the female suspect then relayed the demands in Spanish to the residents. The female spoke fluent Spanish and it was noted that she had a Puerto Rican accent. After the suspects took all of the money out of the victim's pockets the female suspect then told the victims to call the people upstairs and tell them to come down. After those residents were also robbed the suspects exited the front door and fled the scene in an unknown direction. There were seven victims in all. The victims were robbed of various amounts of money and cell phones.
The male suspect is described as a black male, 5'6" to 5"9" about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans, black long sleeve shirt and a black mask. The suspect was armed with a handgun and is approximately 20 – 25 years of age.
The female suspect is described as light skinned, Hispanic or black female, 5'5" to 5'9", fluent in Spanish and believed to have a Puerto Rican accent. She was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, black mask and had a small bag with draw strings. The female suspect was armed with a knife that fit into the ball of her hand and the blade protruded from her fingers.
