UPDATE: The suspect has been identified from a tip we received. Jason Cook, 47, of Manassas, was charged with petit larceny-3rd or subsequent offense. He was served the warrant at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center where he was in custody on other charges.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured suspect. He is a suspect in a larceny which at 3623 Jefferson Davis Highway (7-Eleven) on October 20 at 9 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white male approximately 6 feet tall weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray polo shirt with a black collar. The suspect selected merchandise and then proceeded to the checkout counter where he pretended to make a purchase. He then left without paying for the items.
