Update: The suspect in the picture, James Johnson, 42, of Fredericksburg turned himself in yesterday. He was released for the charge of petit larceny.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured suspect. He is a suspect in larcenies which occurred at 125 Washington Square Plaza (Walmart).

The pictured individual is suspected of stealing various items on two separate occasions. The incidents occurred on September 16 at 2:53 p.m. and September 19 at 11:10 a.m. The suspect is described as a black male, 40 years of age, wearing a blue collared shirt, and a blue hat with a Culligan logo.
