The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a runaway named Courtney H. Carneal. The 16-year-old female is 5’3’’, 150-180 lbs., and has green eyes and brown hair. She is known to carry a pet bearded dragon reptile She was last seen in the area of Government Island and Aquia Harbor. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (540) 658-4400.
