Early today the Stafford Sheriff’s Office released information about a missing man last seen in the Rappahannock River Sunday afternoon, July 31, 2016. The body of 36-year-old Salomon Reyes Ulloa was recovered from the river this afternoon.
Ulloa was swimming with his family Sunday afternoon and according to reports from a family member attempted to swim from the Stafford shore to the Fredericksburg side. A water, ground and air search for the victim was conducted last evening until it grew dark. Ulloa lived in Alexandria, Virginia.
