River Road will close between Route 3 Business, near Chatham Bridge, and the entrance to Pratt Park between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Thursday (9/11) and Friday (9/12). The River Road entrance to Pratt Park will remain open to traffic approaching from the Route 1 area.

A contractor will be removing trees along River Road as part of a U.S. Department of the Interior project.

Next week, River Road will close again at the same location from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15th and Tuesday, Sept. 16th .
