Residents living along Courthouse Road up to Andrew Chapel will be able to depart/return to their homes between 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, but Courthouse Road from US Route 1 to Andrew Chapel will be fully closed from 8:00 a.m. – noon for the parade. Traffic will be detoured down Andrew Chapel to Brooke Road to Eskimo Hill Road back to US Route 1.
