VDOT crews are on scene accessing the damage to the underground drainage pipe

FREDERICKSBURG – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has closed the right lane on Route 1 north just north of Route 624 (Layhill Road) in Stafford County due to a drainage pipe failure.
