Today, at approximately 2:26 p.m., deputies responded to the Fas Mart, located at 620 Cambridge Street, for a pedestrian struck. An adult male was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot and received minor injuries. The suspect driver then fled the scene.

The suspect driver was described as a male wearing a white shirt, dark pants, and hat. He fled the scene in a white truck with a black bed cover. The suspect vehicle is believed to be either a late 90's Dodge Dakota or Dodge Ram 1500. Anyone who witnessed the traffic offense or has any information is asked to contact Deputy S.A.
