Graffiti Suspects Reveled

Spelling matters. There is no reveling in the defacement of property, especially when the suspects misspell a word. Our title should actually be “Graffiti Suspects Revealed.” A couple middle school students would have been better off spending more time in English class instead of vandalizing the school.

On March 20th at 10:00 a.m. Deputy D.J. Taylor learned of a vandalism in a restroom at Stafford Middle School. The investigation revealed two students had used spray paint to write on the wall and a stall of the bathroom. Spray paint cans were seized from the backpack of one of the suspects. In addition to a crude drawing, the students wrote, “It all about the money and muder.” We disagree, school is all about a quality education.

We encourage these students to spend more time in the library instead of the lavatory. The school is handling discipline of the students, which hopefully includes a spelling lesson.
