Normally finding money is a good thing; however, in this case it could lead to charges.

On March 20th at 1:37 p.m. Deputy T.M. Givler responded to the Red Roof Inn, located at 153 Garrisonville Road. Staff there received an unexpected tip while cleaning a recently vacated room. Bogus bills were brought to light. The one side counterfeit bills were collected as evidence.

As for our two cents, businesses in the area should be on the look out for funny money and report it. Cash like this needs to be withdrawn from our streets and the suspect deposited in jail.
