A Spotsylvania woman faces several serious charges after driving under the influence to a Stafford brewery on Friday night.

On March 3rd at 9:12 p.m. Deputy A.M. Pitts responded to Highmark Brewery on Kings Highway for an intoxicated driver. Witnesses reported a female had parked a Hyundai sedan catawampus in the lot and was stumbling around the area.

Deputy Pitts identified the driver as Amber Dimmerling, 42, and detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath. Dimmerling was arrested and charged with DUI third offense in ten years, driving revoked, obstruction, refusal, driving revoked DUI related and possession of a controlled substance. She was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
