On November 12th at approximately 5:47 p.m., Deputy C.C. Crossett responded to Rudolph Park in Aquia Harbour for a report of a robbery. The victim was in the park with a friend when an individual came up to them. The victim advised the suspect made derogatory comments which led to a verbal argument. The suspect then assaulted the victim and choked him. Before leaving, the suspect stole money from the victim’s wallet. The suspect was described as a large black man with short hair, scruffy facial hair wearing a white tank top and black sweatpants.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office needs your help in identifying the attacker. Anyone with information, or video of the incident, is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 540-658-4400.
