On August 1st around 5:00 p.m. deputies responded to Little Caesar’s Pizza at 282 Deacon Road for reports of an assault. Two victims were sitting inside the restaurant waiting for their order when three men walked into the restaurant demanding a refund for their pizza. As the men waited for a refund, they started a conversation with the two victims.

The pleasantries ended when one of the men punched one of the victims in the head. The other two suspects then partook in the assault. The second victim tried to defend the first victim by joining the brawl. As the assault continued, a bystander was knocked to the ground and suffered a broken knee cap.

The three suspects fled the scene in a grey Nissan Sentra. They were seen on surveillance cameras heading towards Leeland Road. Surveillance cameras also captured the license plate of the suspect vehicle.

The victims advised they knew two of the suspects and identified them as Onrey Charles and Raheem Grogan, both 19 years of age and from King George.

Deputy A.M. Cooper was able to identify the third suspect as Ramsey White, 19, of King George. Warrants were obtained for all three suspects for two counts of assault by mob. Charles received an additional charge of aggravated malicious wounding for the injuries caused to the third victim.

Grogan and Charles have been arrested on their charges. Deputies are still attempting to locate White. If you have any information please contact the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office at (540)-658-4400.
