DUI Arrest

A Stafford woman will spend the remainder of the holiday weekend in jail after an arrest for fifth offense DUI in ten years.

On July 3rd at 3:44 p.m. Deputy S.C. Martin responded to the area of U.S. 1 near Coal Landing Road for a possible single vehicle accident. He located a tan Toyota Camry in the ditch, unoccupied.

Deputies D.R. Colona and E.E. West were able to track down the driver on nearby Gettysburg Court. The driver was identified as April Davis, 40. She was found to be intoxicated and arrested.

Davis was charged with fifth offense DUI in ten years, driving revoked, driving revoked while DUI, obstruction and second offense refusal. She was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Drive sober or get pulled over.
