A third offense DUI was arrested Tuesday night after an alert citizen called in a drunk driver complaint in North Stafford.

On April 26th at 8:58 p.m. Deputy S.C. Jett responded toward northbound I-95 for the complaint of an intoxicated driver. The caller updated the Emergency Communications Center to report the intoxicated driver had pulled into Jay’s Sports Lounge in Aquia Towne Center.

Deputy Jett located the vehicle in the parking lot and identified the driver as James Holloway, Jr., 57, of Stafford. Holloway had bloodshot, glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. He was arrested for DUI third or subsequent offense, driving after forfeiture of license, driving revoked DUI related, and refusal. Holloway was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Drive sober or get pulled over.
