If you are going to use false identification with law enforcement, it is not helpful to use the identification of another wanted person.

On April 20th at 2:57 a.m. Sergeant J.A. Mangan III and Deputy E.E. West responded to a disturbance at Woodspring Suites, 1006 Corporate Drive. A female on scene provided a false name, which returned as wanted in Texas with full extradition. The female was detained and subsequently admitted she was actually Alexia Bates, 24, of no fixed address.

Bates was found to have active probation violation warrants in both Warren County and Fauquier County. She was additionally charged with identity theft, false identification to law enforcement and obstruction. Bates was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
