Another buttocks grabber has been arrested, the second this month, after an incident at the same Walmart.

On February 21st at 3:36 p.m. Deputy C.J. Sacke and Deputy T.A. Vasquez responded to the Walmart at 125 Washington Square Plaza for an assault. The adult female victim reported she was in the women’s restroom at the front of the store and noticed the male suspect, with his juvenile daughter, using the handicapped stall of the women’s restroom.

As the male suspect exited the women’s restroom, he grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The suspect was located in the store and identified as Enzo Cirpaci, 26, of Dumfries. A family member responded to take custody of his child while deputies took custody of Cirpaci.

Cirpaci was charged with the assault and the magistrate released him on an unsecured bond.

You may remember on February 6th two women were grabbed on the buttocks in the same Walmart. The suspect in those cases was identified as Cesar Torres Juares, 26, of Spotsylvania. Torres Juares was charged with two counts of sexual battery on February 11th. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 bond, but bonded out later that day.

Be alert to your surroundings and the people around you. Stay in well lit areas and walk confidently. Report any suspicious activity to store employees or law enforcement. The loss prevention at the Washington Square Plaza is incredible, their work helped identify these suspects as well as our pink haired shoplifter/school bus hit and run suspect last week.
