UPDATE: Kylie "Kody" Suttle was apprehended on July 23 in Fredericksburg. Suttle is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.


On November 23, 2020 at 1:50 a.m., deputies responded to the Ferry Farm 7-Eleven (219 Kings Highway) for a report of an armed robbery. The investigation revealed two suspects entered the 7-Eleven and pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded money. The cashier complied and the suspects fled the scene with the cash.

The case was assigned to Detective J.G. Wright with the Criminal Investigations Division. During the investigation, Kylie “Kody” Suttle, 20, of Fredericksburg, and James Little, 19, of Fredericksburg, were identified as the suspects. Little has been arrested for charges in connection with this case. Suttle is still outstanding and wanted for robbery and conspiracy to commit a robbery.
