Apprehended:
On October 6 at 4:10 p.m., Deputy R.A. Weatherholtz responded to the 700 block of Poplar Road for an accident. Upon arrival, he located a Chevrolet Express van overturned on its side. The driver of the van provided Deputy Weatherholtz with his identification information. However, the driver’s information did not return with a match and Deputy Weatherholtz began to suspect he provided a false identity. The driver was detained and later admitted his identity was Joseph Biles, 31, of Fredericksburg.

It was discovered Biles was wanted out of Stafford County. He was served the outstanding warrants and charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, obstruction of justice, and reckless driving. Biles was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
