UPDATE: Courtney Carneal has been located and is safe.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 16-year-old Courtney Carneal. She is possibly in the Stafford or Fredericksburg area.

She is 5'8" tall , weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
