The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured subject in reference to a fraud which occurred at the Panaderia Emanuel Bakery Cafe located at 70 Doc Stone Road in Stafford, VA on July 8, 2020.

The subject, a white male, and his teenage son walked into the Café and provided false identification. The subject said he was a repairman with Tri State Mixer Service located at 9025 Baltimore Road Frederick, MD 21704. After the suspect inspected a commercial mixer, the café owner was advised the mixer could be repaired the next day and needed to be paid $987.00 upfront for the part. When the suspect didn’t return, the business owner called to find that the part was on back order. After a couple of days, the business owner attempted to call the suspect but received no response.
