The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured subjects in reference to a larceny which occurred at the Kobe Japanese Restaurant located at 261 Garrisonville Road in Stafford, VA on August 19, 2020 between 6:20pm and 7:40pm.
