The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a runaway named Courtney H. Carneal. The 16-year-old female is 5’3’’, 150-180 lbs., and has green eyes and brown hair. She is known to carry a pet bearded dragon reptile She was last seen in the area of Government Island and Aquia Harbor.
