The Stafford Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing person named Kayla Noelle Scott. She is an 18-year-old white female and is described as 5’5,” 125 lbs., and has purple hair and blue eyes. She also has a nose piercing and a tattoo of a tropical flower on her right foot. She was last seen in southeast Washington DC and may be in Prince George’s County, MD.
