The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 16-year-old runaway named Theodore Gladden. The subject is 5’8,” 140 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a mole on his nose and an earring in his left ear. He may be in the area of the Spotsylvania Mall. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office immediately at (540) 658-4400.
