ORIGINAL POST: The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a runaway named Joseph Andrew Garner Tennyson. The 15-year-old white male is 5’4,” 113 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. He left the area of Burns Road on 6/19/19 and may be in the North Stafford area. He may be carrying a black backpack and small black suitcase with wheels.
