Stafford, VA. A female subject was taken into custody early Thursday morning by units with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office after she broke into a daycare and was found not wearing any clothes.

On April 4, 2019, at approximately 5:00 a.m., two employees of Kids on the Move Learning Center located at 628 Cambridge Street arrived to open the business. As one employee was turning on classroom lights, she discovered a naked female subject in the doorway of a classroom.

The naked female told the employee that she was trespassing. The second employee heard the commotion and also observed the naked female in the business. The two employees then exited the daycare and called the Sheriff’s Office from the safety of a vehicle.

Sgt. Aubry responded to the reported breaking and entering and encountered the suspect, now clothed, wielding a fork in each hand. Sgt. Aubry was able to take the suspect into custody and identify her as Heaven Conner, 23, of Spotsylvania. He was able to determine she was not affiliated in any way with the daycare. Conner had been recently released from Rappahannock Regional Jail and was seen earlier in the morning walking along Route 1.

Conner was incarcerated on a secured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail on charges of unauthorized entry and indecent exposure.
